Confusing keyboard mappings

Comments

[this is good]
I've been using launchy for about a week now, i guess. Before, I was always using the windows quick launch bar, which was fine and all but (1) was a little limited in what I had access to and (2) i always knew the name of the program I wanted, but couldn't always remember the icon or the location in the bar. With launchy, I was able to get rid of a whole lot of clutter, and since i always remember the name of the program i want to run, three letters max and i'm off to the races.

Launchy is delightful.
Yes, that's the same as me. The problem with quicklaunch bar is that I sometimes accidentally click one of the applications when I wanted to click the existent window tab. And it's sometimes a very heavy app, like Firefox :)

And btw, I reconfigured key mappings on Mac to do Alt-SPC: Quicksilver, Ctrl-SPC: Spotlight and Ctrl-O: Switching IME. This is more consitent to my Windows and am very happy about that.

yeah. i'd have my uhhh quick launch bar auto-hidden at the left, but it would often popup when i was trying to choose a tool in photoshop (whose palette was also docked at the left), and then i'd load something horrible like premiere instead of choosing the crop tool).
